1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your enrolment, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not: (a) attended more than one live session; (b) downloaded course materials or recordings; or (c) consumed more than 10% of the labs. Eligibility is verified through platform logs.
2. Pro-rated refund (8 to 14 days)
From day 8 to day 14 after payment, a 50% pro-rated refund is available provided you have not consumed more than 25% of the labs or attended more than 30% of the live sessions.
3. No refund (after 14 days)
After 14 days from payment, no monetary refund will be issued. You may, however, request a one-time cohort transfer to a later cohort of the same course, subject to seat availability and a 10% administrative fee.
4. Programs with bundled exam vouchers
If your program includes a paid third-party exam voucher (e.g., CompTIA, EC-Council, IAPP), the voucher fee is non-refundable once redeemed. If the voucher is unredeemed, its full value will be deducted from any refund processed.
5. Exam pass-guarantee programs
Programs sold with a "first-attempt pass guarantee" follow a separate retake (not refund) entitlement. If you meet the attendance and mock-exam criteria but do not clear the certification exam on the first attempt, you may re-attend the next cohort free of cost. This entitlement may not be exchanged for a cash refund.
6. Cancellations by Nexvora
If we cancel a cohort outright (not merely reschedule), you will receive a 100% refund or, at your option, free re-enrolment in any future cohort of equivalent value. Where we reschedule a cohort, we will offer you a comparable replacement or, if no acceptable alternative exists, a full refund.
7. Corporate / bulk enrolments
Enrolments processed under a master services agreement or purchase order are governed by the cancellation clauses of that contract and not by this consumer Refund Policy.
8. How to request a refund
Email support@nexvora.com from the same address used for enrolment, with the subject line "Refund request — <course name>". Please include your order ID and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
9. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Bank settlement times beyond our control may add a further 2 to 5 business days.
10. Currency & fees
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any third-party currency-conversion or banking fees deducted by the original processor are not refundable.
11. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost all enrolment issues within 48 hours. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and the matter being referred for collection.
12. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
