1. Nature of the delivery
Nexvora Technologies is a 100% digital education provider. We do not ship physical products. Your purchase entitles you to access live online classes, recordings, lab environments, mock exams and digital certificates through our learning portal.
2. Onboarding access
Within 15 minutes of a successful payment, you will receive an onboarding email containing:
- Your learning-portal login credentials.
- Your cohort schedule and live-session join links.
- Lab environment credentials and a getting-started guide.
- Your invoice and receipt.
If you do not receive this email within 60 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@nexvora.com.
3. Live cohort delivery
Live cohorts are conducted via Zoom (or an equivalent secure conferencing platform) on the dates and times listed on the course page. Each session is HD-recorded and added to your portal within 24 hours.
4. Self-paced content
All recorded videos, lab guides, slides, transcripts and supplementary reading are available 24/7 from the moment you are onboarded. You retain access for the lifetime of the program.
5. Lab environments
Lab environments are provisioned per learner and accessible through your browser — no software install is required for most modules. Where local tooling is needed (e.g., Wireshark, Volatility), step-by-step setup guides are provided.
6. Digital certificate
Upon successful completion of your curriculum and graded assessments, a tamper-evident digital certificate (PDF + verifiable URL) is issued to you within 7 business days. Third-party credentials (CompTIA, EC-Council, IAPP, Microsoft, CSA) are issued by the awarding body once you pass their exam.
7. Technical requirements
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari — latest two versions).
- Stable internet of at least 5 Mbps for live sessions.
- A computer with at least 8 GB RAM (lab compute runs in the cloud).
- Webcam and microphone for interactive sessions and mock interviews.
8. Service availability
We target 99.9% portal availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside live-session times whenever possible.
9. Delivery issues
If you cannot access content, miss a session because of a portal issue, or experience extended lab downtime, contact support@nexvora.com or +1 (302) 555-0142. We will investigate within one business hour and offer make-up sessions or extended access as appropriate.
10. Geographic availability
Our Services are available globally, subject to applicable export controls and economic sanctions. We reserve the right to decline enrolments from sanctioned jurisdictions.
11. Changes to schedule
In rare circumstances (instructor illness, force majeure), live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Recordings of the affected session, where available, will be uploaded as soon as practicable.
